We hired Apex Pros to replace our downspout and sump pump drainage lines from the house to the street after a broken connection caused a sink hole in our yard. Apex Pros were in the middle of price from the quotes we received, but we chose Apex due to their knowledge and thorough explanation of the work being quoted. The team showed up on time in a professional manner. They gave a detailed description of the work they would perform before ever putting a shovel into the ground. Once work began, the three workers were fast and efficient. The piping system was methodically laid out and provided the proper drop for proper water drainage. The sink hole was cleared of loose dirt and packed in with new dirt. They were willing to pause work to educate myself when a question arose. I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Apex Pros. I would absolutely use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

My experience with Apex Plumbing was frustrating due to delays, poor communication, and unexpected costs. Initially quoted $18,000 for hydro-jetting and relining 100 ft of my main sewer line, I was later charged an additional $7,000 for a corroded pipe replacement. The job, originally promised to be completed in a day, stretched over weeks with missed appointments and shifting timelines. After relining, stormwater backed up into my basement from suspected "relining" over my storm drain pipe, which was originally connected to the main sewer line, as well as damage to perimeter drain tiles in my basement. This caused damage to personal belongings that cannot be replaced. Apex suggested a questionable “weep hole” fix or a sump pump. Seeking other opinions, I found similar work elsewhere, who recommended a sump pump installation as the only fix for the unresolved issue. It has been over a month of waiting for a proposed resolution from Apex, and my issue remains unresolved. I additionally asked for general quotes for relining 100 ft of the main sewer line and was quoted just over $10,000. In this aspect, I know I was grossly overcharged from the start. Given the delays, miscommunication, and inflated costs, I would not recommend Apex Plumbing. Update 3/20/25: Verbally promised they would cover the cost of pump sump installation after weeks of back and forth with their customer service rep. After delaying payment for >1 week, they took back their offer after it was reviewed by a higher up. When asked for that "higher up" to call me to discuss they refused.

Eric did a great job evaluating our furnaces. He took numerous photos and patiently explained the observed defects, their cause and the next steps. Eric was very thorough in his inspection. I highly recommend Eric and Apex.

Great service from everyone at this company. Starting with the first call in to the final goodbye. Shawn performed the initial investigation and quickly requested Josh who came the same day to add his expertise. Three days later Michael arrived with Christian and Antoine to perform the installation of our new sewer line. They did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. I will call them again if I need anything further.

I hired Apex to replace two toilets at my mother's home, and unfortunately, the installation was not acceptable. The photos clearly show that one toilet was installed on wood shims, while the other’s tank was nearly 4” away from the wall. It became immediately obvious that neither toilet was the correct size. My attempts to dispute the work and come to a resolution with Apex lead me on a wild goose chase. I contacted Apex multiple times by phone, sent photos via text as instructed, and responded to an email. Almost every interaction was with a different individual, as I was never able to reach the same person twice. I even visited two of their locations in person out of desperation; despite their website listing a location on Shrock Rd, they are no longer there. It was eventually agreed that Apex would replace the toilets with the correct size at no additional cost. However, I still had to be proactive to get this scheduled. An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday with an arrival window 9am-1pm. By 2pm, with no update from Apex, I was calling to see where they were at. Because it was so late into the day, I had to stay at the home again the following day. When the technician, Rob, arrived the next day, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly replaced both toilets with the correct ones. Honestly, I didn’t really mind that the wrong toilets were installed initially. I assumed that once I reached out to Apex, they would promptly make it right. What I took issue with was that the matter didn’t seem to be anyone’s priority. While everyone I spoke with was polite and kind (as I was in turn), no one took ownership of the issue or followed through to ensure it was getting resolved/scheduled. Instead, the responsibility was left on me. The lack of communication throughout the entire process was incredibly frustrating. Simply put, no one seemed to care.
