Our family had a beautiful pool installed in November 2024 by Omni Pools and Scapes. We could not be more pleased with how everything has turned out. The whole process was easy to navigate and communication with the team was excellent! The whole installation was handled by Omni , there was nothing that we had to do! Courtney from the sales department understood the vision that we were trying to create and helped bring it to life. The work crew was extremely hard working and friendly. A big thank you to Jason Craycraft for the his attention to detail and for personally handling some of the work. I could tell how much pride he has in his company and how much customer satisfaction means to him. We couldn’t be happier with the results!!
I am honestly jealous looking at the other reviews and photos. My entire experience with Omni was a comedy of errors. From literally dropping the pool shell on my concrete driveway to blaming me for the ongoing errors and miscommunication… I could go on and on. To read in other reviews that Jason Craycraft actually came on site, wow! Jason stopped responding to my emails and texts months ago. The final product is FAIR at best. I had actually decided not to write a poor review and simply move on. Until I received an unpaid invoice from a subcontractor. They are trying to collect payment from me because Omni has not responded. The invoice is from September 2024. I only wish I could have received the service and finished project that I see in other reviews. Hiring Omni Pools was the worse home improvement decision I have ever made.
Any time you are dealing with construction and things are out of your control, it can be stressful. With that in mind, the overall experience with Omni was a good one as we worked through a few challenges. Most importantly, the final product and how they finished things up was what will leave the lasting impression. We absolutely love our new space and are very happy with the final product.
I worked closely with Courtney, Jason and staff. They came out to the site at Indian Lake and did a walk through where we wanted to build the pool. They were very helpful in selecting the type of pool and design. They were very responsive during construction. I would highly recommend Omni Pools.
Our pool and hardscape are stunning. This was a reallly tight space on a small lot so the installation process was very intricate. While I was frustrated by schedule delays due to a lack of crews the project manager Robin Smith was my hero for how he looked out for us at every step of the installation. He understands how to be an advocate for the customer and earned our trust as we went. If not for him we would have been very frustrated by the scheduling issues.
