All the techs at 614 do a good job in my opinion. DJ and Marcus were out last week and had a particularly trying job involving changing out some pool lights. They got it done fast and efficiently and were here and done faster than we'd anticipated. I highly recommend these guys for your pool work!
Extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism of 614 Pools. They've been opening and closing my pool for a few years, but the quality has taken a serious nosedive. Last year, they botched the replacement of several pool cover anchors. Instead of removing the old, seized anchors, they simply drilled new holes right next to them running my pavers and left the old ones in place. I emailed them about the issue with pictures, but never received a response. So I ended up having to fix their work myself. This year, I decided to close the pool myself, but needed help blowing out the lines. I called 614 Pools and, again, received no response. Clearly, customer service is not their priority. Between the poor workmanship, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism, I cannot recommend 614 Pools. There are plenty of other pool companies out there who will actually value your business.
