The coldest day of the year and my furnace goes out! Called Atlas Butler and they came out within the hour. They got us back up and running! Our technician was Chris Keener and he was awesome! Professional, courteous and explained everything that was happening with the furnace. Unfortunately, we had to get a new furnace which we purchased from Atlas Butler because I am confident they will be professional and do a fantastic job at the install.
Gavin and James were incredible when dealing with our emergency furnace issue. They did a great job of quickly identifying and explaining the issues they found, the costs and remedies to fix, and doing the actual repairs. We are super happy with our experience and would definitely recommend!
I was very pleased!!! Called Sunday and got an appointment for Monday evening. Thanks so much for offering evening appointments !!! Personal booking appointments was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician, Brandon , was prompt and helped me fix the problem I was having. He notified me that he was on his way to my home . You can even track the technicians location and time of arrival. All of which was super helpful. I was very impressed and will use Atlas in the future if needed. I highly recommend them.
Atlas Butler is phenomenal. We had a new furnace and AC unit installed. From the point of inception with our Tech, Matt H, to our Salesman, Nick to our finish installer's, Steve, Nick, and Antonio we experienced a flawless journey. Each of them with their different responsibilities provided honest and reliable advice to explained know-how of each of the units. Coupled with this superior service was their courteous and respectful behavior. Clean up was superb and our family dog made some new friends. Thank you
