Had an inspection done today and the inspector found a faulty contact switch on the heat exchanger. The switch was replaced and the heat pump is working properly. Also noted was a capacitor that was getting out of tolerance on the air handler and would need replaced soon. The technician was knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
I would highly recommend this company! I purchased a new furnace & air conditioner through Costco. Costco chose this company to do the install. Buckeye HCP were on time, communicative, neat, polite, & thorough. They walked me through the new system & thermostat to make certain I understood operation. I also signed up for their program to come twice a year to check & clean units.
Buckeye Heating, Cooling and Plumbing partnered with me on replacement of my furnace and air conditioner through the Costco purchase program. They were efficient, communicative and timely. For a repair that really hits the pocketbook hard, you hope to get good service, but it’s rarely a given— Buckeye Heating, Cooling and Plumbing exceeded my expectations. I will use them again (hopefully in 10-15 years, not sooner). Definitely check them out.
Called on a Sunday because our furnace went out and they were the only people able to come out that day (called 5 in the area). They were professional, helped us look at the various options for replacement, and offered finance options. They arrived early the next day to do a complete replacement of our furnace and ac unit. The team worked hard, was polite and professional, and answered any questions we had. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and would absolutely work with them again!
They are amazing from the call to the service. Right away I felt comfortable talking to the lady on the phone (Abby), she knew a lot, answered all my questions and set up an appointment for a free assessment the same day. I like that they send you a photo of who will be coming for the appointment. When the plumber Randy came he assessed the sump pump and found the issue and he went over the best way to fix it with me. That was amazing, I expected to have to replace everything but he did a fix in about 20 minutes. I appreciate the attention to detail to figure out the problem, the honesty of the plumber tech and the reasonable price. He also gave me peace of mind that if I do ever need to replace this unit, I know will be using Buckeye and I will be using them for any other issues in the future.
