What a WONDERFUL experience. We only replaced two windows so they could be legitimate, but man do I wish we replaced all of them (and sooner too!). Pella guys were great, welcoming, fast, efficient and clean. Tony was the main guy who initially introduced himself, however the other guys were hard at work and very friendly and professional. Larry stopped by to check on the completed work and we had a good chat too! I can’t say enough good things about my first window experience and going with Pella.
My wife and I were in the market for a new patio door and looked at several different options and ultimately decided to go with Pella. Brian Kelly with Pella was fantastic to work with. We were doing some home renovations ourselves and had no experience installing new windows into an existing wall that previously had none. Brian was super knowledgeable and very helpful with the window selection process as well as installation tips. Brian was also very responsive with communications during and outside of normal business hours which was really appreciated. Next step is the delivery and installation!
