    Okay. I tried my best to accept the fact that mistake do happen from time to time. I tried my best to tolerate mistake from others because we are human and we make mistake. The service department give me such a big surprise how things can be mishandled. My initial goal was to replace a gasket in the oil filter housing. One day the service department told me they crushed my car on the lift. They offered me a replacement of front bumper. I mean, thing already happened, right? I accepted the offer and kept waiting.Then everything went straight down. After I picked up my car and drive to work, the car gives me a warning that the engine oil is too high just 5 minutes after I left the shop. I also found the front camera was not aligned in surround view mode. I found tons of faults code after simple OBD scan. Okay, those can be fixed and I tried to keep my best temper. I brought it back tried to fix it again. After I picked it up again, I found more problems, the clips is outside the socket on the grill. Some kind plastic part was freely bumping inside grill. I have to bring my car to the shop that do know what they doing to have a full inspection for safety before hit the road. I do not know why so many simple mistakes skip through everyone’s eyes but me. I mean, if you know something about car, you know how ridiculous when tons of fault code, too much engine oil, and not properly installed parts not be noticed after a repair. I ask no more but share my experience here. I am just so frustrated.

    We ordered our Q7 back in 11/24. Through out the LONG wait, the sales team kept us posted with progress and any details. Sometimes just to say we’re here if you have any questions but we don’t have any others updates. When the car was delivered earlier than expected, we were informed immediately. On the delivery day we met our sales person Jack, who was also communicating with us to setup an appointment and all, Brent our sales manager and Nolan our finance advisor. We cannot say enough on the level of professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality they showed us. They explained all the relative options including the available promotions, one which we had no idea about and so it was a welcome surprise, financing terms, and of course the additional services and maintenance packages available to us. What was most appreciated was the fact that at no points did they try to push anything to us and totally respected our decisions. Jack, Nolan and Brent, thank you for all your great help and for treating us not just as a buyer but as friends and partners in this relationship. Truly THE best purchasing experience we’ve had in a long, long time. Bob & Marci

    Front desk was amazing. Came in was greeted with a smile and coffee. Was able to pay bill. They went and retrieve my vehicle. Great experience. Will 100% go back. Brian Young was a amazing mechanic.
